Houston Rockets offer 1yr/2M extension to forward Linas Kleiza by means of MLE. Kleiza would fill up 13th and final team slot available. With this transaction team salary will change from 60M to 62M.

Exactly, given that we kept brooks Kleiza is an FA now, probably post wording was misleading. The intention is to add him to roster as an FA before tuesday's 9pm PST deadline.
